ISO Workshop can help you handle disc images in various ways. The application has an easy-to-use interface that allows you to access each of the main functions from a welcoming menu. Unfortunately, navigating through different functions is unnecessarily complicated as you cannot “jump” from one function to another. Instead, you should get back to the initial screen.
This tool allows creating images in multiple formats by adding files and folders. Unfortunately, these contents cannot be added by selecting them so you should drag and drop them instead. Luckily, even Blu-ray and bootable images are supported. The application can also burn existing images onto discs. Likewise, it can extract contents from image files in various formats. It also allows you to back up discs to images. Finally, converting an image format is also allowed. It is a pity that, although it supports multiple input formats, only BIN and ISO can be set as output.
All in all, ISO Workshop groups various functions involved in handling disc images. Unfortunately, it cannot mount ISO images to a virtual drive, an option that is available in other similar programs.
